Apple Acquires Israeli Startup RealFace Known For Its Facial Recognition Technology

Apple has acquired an Israel-based machine learning startup RealFace whose facial recognition technology can be used for authentication purposes. The Tel Aviv-based company was founded in 2014 and had reportedly developed an AI for recognising human faces.
