iOS 7.0.2 Download (IPSW) for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch

Apple has released iOS 7.0.2 firmware to fix the lock screen vulnerability, which is  available for iPhone 5S, 5C, 5, 4S, 4, iPad and iPod Touch. A vulnerability found in iOS 7 allowed a potential intruder to get access to the private information via Control Center, one could even access emails and photos of a locked device with a few simple steps. Apple has pushed iOS 7.0.2 to fix the exact same vulnerability. 

This is what has been fixed via iOS 7.0.2 update:

  • Fixes bugs that could allow someone to bypass the Lock screen passcode
  • Reintroduces a Greek keyboard option for passcode entry

iOS 7.0.2 is available as an OTA update which weighs at around 17.2MB in size. You can install iOS 7.0.2 OTA update by navigating to: Settings > General > Software Update to download and install the update. Before this Apple had released iOS 7 for iPhone 5, 4S, 4, iPad and iPod Touch and iOS 7.0.1 for iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S.
